What We PAY for CONSIGNMENT

80% of the sold price for items $10,000 and over

70% of the sold price for items over $1,000 -$9,999

60% for items under $999.00

 

Consignment Commission Structure

You can earn up to 80% of the selling price of your item. We make it easy! Everything is covered for you: returns, customer service and shipping. 
We price competitively, we want you to earn as much as possible, but also as quickly as possible.
The final percentage you get depends on the price range of your items as shown below.

You will earn:	If your item resells for:	For Example:
60%	$999 and under	If your item resells for $425, you will earn $255 after the sale.
70%	$1000 – $9,999	If your item resells for $4,000, you will earn $2,800 after the sale.
80%	$10,000 and over	If your item resells for $12,000, you will earn $9,600 after the sale.

HOW IT WORKS: CONSIGN / SELL

1. To get started please email us at luxicabeauty@gmail.com with a list of items you are interested in consigning. Provide photos, description, and condition.

2. We will contact you within 24 hours with a quote. The consignment quote means we will list your item at the quoted price and once sold, we will pay you your percentage of the sale, (less our commission), please read our current consignment payouts above. 

Quotes are valid for 30 days only. Quotes are subject to change after the 30-day post-quotation period.

3. If you decide to accept our consignment quote, reply to the email. Please print out the quote & sign the consignment contract we email you, include it with your items. Ship your item(s) to our main office.

The consignor accepts all risks when shipping their items to LUXICA. LUXICA is not liable for any damages or loss incurred during the shipment. 

4. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect for authenticity, condition and inclusions as stated. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price if the description, condition or inclusions was not stated correctly. Please allow up to 5 business days for your item to be processed.

GET PAID

When your item on consignment sells, your payout will be the following 15th of the month which is the Payday for all our consignors. Payout methods include Mailed Check, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal, you decide. 

90 DAYS

We provide the service of authenticating, photography, marketing, packing, and selling your items. Consignment contracts last for 90 days. If your items don’t sell after 60 days we will mark down your items 30% off unless you tell us to exclude your items from any sale.

*After the 90 days, you must request your item back within 7 days of the contract ending date, if you want it back. After 7 days if you do not request your item back, the item will become property of LUXICA LLC and will be donated to a local charity.

*If your item does not sell after 90 days, you will need to pay for the shipping costs back to you.

*If you want to End Your Contract Early before the 90 days you will be subject to an early withdrawal fee of $50 per item. This will cover the costs involved with taking photos, listing, authenticating and marketing your items.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

By signing our consignment form, you agree that if any of your items are found not-authentic there is a $250.00 fee per counterfeit item in order for you to receive the item back, this covers our processing, authentication time and shipping costs.

 Any newer bags with a microchip or new sticker for serial numbers require the original receipt. The serial number/date code must be intact and legible otherwise the item will be returned as we are unable to authenticate your item without a legible and intact serial number.

The consignor ships items at their own risk. LUXICA is not responsible for any loss, fire, theft, destruction of, or damage to consigned items while the item is at the LUXICA office location.
